Return & Exchange Policy
At Elite Stitchez, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
- All exchange requests are subject to approval by Elite Stitchez.
- To request an exchange, please email elitestitchez@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the item if requested.
- If your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Approved exchange items must be shipped back to the address provided by Elite Stitchez at the customer's own expense.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
